Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do you have to come to Nashville?

A. No! It's done over Skype.

Q. What is it like to work with a life coach?

A. It is different for everyone! You'd have to try it out and see if you like it and if it works for you. Many people find working with a life coach to be a very helpful, rewarding and valuable experience.

Q. What is a life coaching session like?

A. A life coaching session is where you get to be one on one with a coach and go through whatever it is about your life that you currently are trying to work on/get through. It's an incredibly positive experience where you get to have someone who is totally in your corner to help build you up and discover the strength and wisdom that is already inside of you that maybe you just haven't gotten in touch with yet! Note that this is not a therapy session and I am not a therapist so we will not be discussing topics meant for therapy.

Q. Will you offer group sessions?

A. I am considering it! This would be if we can find a good online platform to have several people on at once (you could get your friends together and do this as a group) and work together! Please email me if you have a request for a group session (2-3 people).

Q.What steps do I need to take to prepare before a session?

A. All you need to do is have an idea about what you want to talk about! Writing down topics you'd like to discuss, plans you'd like to work on and/or goals for the session is very helpful.

Q. How long is each session?

A. 50 min currently. I do also offer longer sessions if requested.

Q. What do people talk about in a life coaching session?

A. Some common topics are: life purpose, college/job confusion social skills/conversational skills, career plans, starting a business, organization/planning, recharging techniques, future planning, journal techniques for expression, challenging self limiting beliefs, positive lifestyle tips.
